CLR-1239: Introducing Authorization and Clearing Controls for In Control
Support has been added for PDS 0447 (Additional Message Error Information) in Mastercard In Control clearing processing. This enhancement strengthens support for Mastercard In Control clearing controls by enabling the platform to capture and process the additional message error information required for this mandate.

DEC-960: Decision Tree Waiver Visibility and Management in the UI
The Decision Engine UI has been enhanced to support decision tree waivers directly in the interface. Users can now waive an inherited decision tree from the UI and view active waivers more clearly, including relevant expiry information.

Technical info
New support was added to create and retrieve decision tree waivers through the Decision Engine and API layers. The Decision Engine UI now supports waiver actions directly from the decision tree summary workflow. Active waiver details, including expiry timing, are displayed more clearly in the UI.
CLR-1306: Source Indicator for FAST 1644 Reconciliation Messages
A new Source field has been added to the SUMMARY section of FAST 1644 reconciliation messages to identify whether reconciliation data originates from domestic or international clearing. The addition of the new field enables clients to accurately route funds by directly identifying the clearing source, removing guesswork and reducing incorrect routing risk. In addition, it provides a direct way to distinguish the origin of the reconciliation data without relying on inference.

Enablement
The new field is applied automatically to all FAST 1644 reconciliation messages. No opt-in is required. Downstream parsers and routing logic should be updated to consume the new field where relevant.
Technical info
The following technical updates were implemented: A new Source field has been added to the SUMMARY section of FAST 1644 reconciliation messages. The field is populated with one of two values: DOMESTIC or INTERNATIONAL. The source value is derived from the underlying clearing file type.
