PECR-48: Passive FAST Feed failure events Reporting
The FAST Feed Failure Report is produced by the JobGenerateFastFeedFailureReport and the GenerateFastFeedFailureReportService. It generates a CSV file listing FAST feed failures for a given client over a requested date range. This report provides insights into the frequency and nature of failures in the FAST feed, enabling clients to understand and address issues that may affect transaction processing.

Enablement
The report is generated from the database PAYCORE using the function ps_get_fast_feed_failure_report. The report includes data such as last failed date, attempt count, last client response, and FAST message JSON.
