Block Unblock Load

This API enables the blocking and unblocking of financial adjustments to the account using the Load Balance API. It is specifically designed for Prepaid and Debit programs and is not used for Credit card programs.

Blocking financial postings to the account does not affect the authorization flow of the related token(s).
