Set Default card account

This API is used for tokens (cards) that are associated with multiple accounts. By changing the default account from old to new, the Account ID passed in the FAST feed will be updated for all authorizations going forward. To associate a token with the new account, it is necessary to link the card and account using this API.

This web service allows to alter the default account for a card token.
