Transaction data storage

In the ever-evolving landscape of data management, optimizing the utilization of payment data becomes paramount for informed decision-making; for both operational real-time events and strategic planning. One powerful solution to consider is the integration of a Data Warehouse or Data Lake, for storing and analyzing data from Paymentology reports and data feeds. This strategic move not only enhances data management but also empowers you with robust analytics and reporting capabilities.

  • Full, fast and reliable access to your card program data for management, operations and program strategy.
    • Ability to combine data from all your card programs in one place. Simplifying customer oversight.
  • Combine your card program data with your other business data empowering greater wholistic insights. Such as data from Customer Management Systems, Financial and Accounting Software, Risk Management Systems etc.
  • Analyze transaction data for various purposes, such as spending categorization.
  • Send customers periodic spend summaries. Such as weekly, monthly and yearly spend summaries.
  • Manage how you present transaction data to customers on your app/website.

Efficient data processing

Paymentology reports and data feeds should be considered as disparate sources of data so leveraging a Data Warehouse or Data Lake ensures efficient and streamlined data management. Data Warehouses and Data Lakes are designed to handle large volumes of transactional data, enabling quick retrieval and analysis without compromising performance.

Real-time analytics

Non real-time data such as settlements and reports can be combined to enrich real-time analytics by harnessing the capabilities of a Data Warehouse or Data Lake.
