Tokenization

Digitization of cards through tokenization allows for mobile wallet-type payments, such as Apple, Samsung and Google wallets. It allows cardholders to securely make card payments without using a physical card.

With digitization, sensitive data, like account or card numbers, are replaced with randomized digital tokens.
