Notification formatting
Receive a common envelope with scheme-native data and service enrichment.
In Notification mode, Lume Token delivers tokenization events using Paymentology's common notification structure. This formatting is part of the issuer notification integration; you do not need to interpret a different outer envelope for each scheme.

The TNR application provides this formatting. Do not confuse the formatter with the TNR message type: the formatter carries TAR, AMR, OTP, and the other notification types as well as lifecycle TNR events.
Card-data protection is applied to the issuer-facing payload. Formatting does not change the tokenization decision. Return HTTP 200 to acknowledge the notification.
